- **Cows and Heifers:** 1500 IU at AI or mating for repeated failure of conception; 1500 IU intramuscularly 12 days after insemination for enhancement of luteal function.
- **Mares:** 1500-3000 IU intramuscularly or intravenously for suboestrus; 1500-3000 IU 24 hours before AI or mating for induction of ovulation.
- **Bitches:** 500 IU intramuscularly or intravenously at the first day of oestrus after pretreatment with PMSG; 100-800 IU/day intramuscularly for delayed ovulation.
**Precautions:**

- **Cattle:** Milk - zero hours, meat - zero days.
